Meditation

Free and open to all! Join Tara on select Monday evenings for 45 minutes of a brief meditation teaching followed by lightly guided meditation. Practicing meditation in community supports you in establishing and nurturing a meditation practice. (Attend Yoga & Meditation with Tara from 5:30 - 6:30 pm to prepare the body for sitting, $10.) Check our calendar for Monday night Yoga Nidra on the evenings we don’t have open meditation.
