Yoga Nidra is a journey into a deep state of relaxation where the conscious mind rests between sleep and wakefulness. In this class we begin with a series of very gentle warm ups, accessible to most, to enable the body to soften in preparation for lying comfortably on the floor while you are guided through an in-depth body scan and guided visualization journey through deep layers of consciousness. We close with grounding exercises. We will be working with the earth element through the end of the year. Cost: $10. Teacher: Tara.
