Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is the practice of linking breath to movement.  In this class sequences are thoughtfully designed so that you move from one posture to the next, seamlessly, using the breath.  Each class begins with centering and a warm-up before moving  through a series of sequences that combine dynamic movement and static holds, giving students the opportunity to find appropriate alignment that is safe and comfortable for their body.
