Slow Flow

A gentle class that builds strength, stability, and resilience. While cultivating deep presence and awareness, we will begin with stillness and then move through gentle warm ups into a slow flow interspersed with a few static āsanas (postures). Class concludes with lightly guided deep relaxation, or meditation if you choose. This class is accessible to most. Cost: $10. Teacher: Tara.
