Sunday Morning Yoga

A class that builds strength, stability, and resilience. While cultivating deep presence and awareness, we will begin with stillness and then move through gentle warm ups into a series of āsanas (postures) made accessible to those who are in the room. Class concludes with lightly guided deep relaxation, or meditation if you choose. It is helpful to be able to move up and down off the floor with some ease for this class. Cost: $10. Teacher: Tara.
