Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a therapeutic style of yoga that utilizes props to make it easier for your body to move into certain poses, and thus, surrender to the pose. Typically, restorative poses are sustained for five to ten minutes or for as long as you are comfortable. This class has a weekly change in teachers and focus. Teacher: Danielle.
