Mother & Daughter Mindfulness and Movement

In this mother-daughter bonding experience, co-taught by mother-daughter team, integrative health and wellness educator Lisa MacLean, RN, BS, MEd, and yoga instructor Meghan MacLean, RYT-500- you will have a chance to connect with and honor each other through breath practices, partner poses, and reflection activities as well as receiving a little R&R (restorative yoga and Reiki) from Lisa and Meghan. Take this opportunity to enjoy some fun with one another while giving and receiving gratitude for this special bond! No yoga experience necessary. Investment: $30 per person.
