This workshop is for women who have overwhelming responsibilities who would like to develop a self-care plan and routine to incorporate into their lives.
Class will begin with meditation moving to intention setting, yoga asanas, and time for reflection in journals that will be provided.
Various ideas will be discussed on what a realistic self-care plan looks like. Sometimes we have the best intentions for self-care, but then it just becomes another thing to check-off on a never-ending to-do list. Self-care is not selfish, but a necessity in order to be present in our lives for our family and friends.
Class will end with a long restorative Savasana and a Reiki healing for each participant. Investment is $25 per participant with a maximum of 10.
