Spring’s slow start got you down? Join Danielle for an uplifting 2 hour yoga practice that will leave you feeling refreshed, restored and reset. Beginning with a gentle, mandala flow to realign your breath, energize your body and increase mental focus. Moving into a restorative practice, allowing your body to actively relax, centering breath and body, calming the mind, aiding proper digestion and reducing stress. As part of the restorative practice, Thai Yoga assists will be offered. Concluding with Yoga Nidra (resting meditation) an opportunity to deeply connect with yourself, explore what you need in the moment and release long-held emotions.
