Yin-yasa and Meditation

This 75 minute class begins with a Yin practice, lasting approximately 30 minutes, which will target the soft tissues in the body. We begin with Yin as it is best done before the muscles have had a chance to warm-up from activity.  Following Yin, will be a much more active, Yang practice. It will include sun salutations, standing postures, a peak, and a cool-down.  We will close with a seated meditation and Savasana. Cost: $10. Teacher: KC.
