Kids Yoga Series

This class series is a fun way for kids to learn how to use the breath as a tool and yoga as a way to calm the heart, brain, and body. Kids are taught yoga in a non-competitive way with games and movement. This class is for ages 5-12. Please pre-register for this series. Tuesdays, August 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th from 3:30 - 4:30 pm.

Cost: $40 for all 4 classes. Teacher: KC.
