For beginners through advanced practitioners. In this 3-week series we will explore meditation from the point of view of Yoga. You will learn about the true aim of meditation and the ground from which to practice, both practically as well as on the level of the Absolute. Each class in the series will offer 45 minutes of teaching, followed by 45 minutes of practice. We will take things in steps, and you will be guided in the meditation as you learn. Practicing meditation in community is extremely supportive, especially when first establishing a meditation practice. Cost: $35/ 3 class series. Teacher: Tara.
