Pranayama & Meditation

Free and open to all. This class will begin shortly after Danielle’s Vinyasa Class. These subtle practices are a wonderful practice on their own or as a compliment to your Asana practice. Each class students will be introduced to a pranayama technique and then transition into a lightly guided meditation. These practices may be practiced seated or lying down making this class accessible to most. No cost. Teacher: Danielle.
