Sunday Morning Yoga & Meditation

Sundays 9 - 10:30 am

A class that builds strength, stability, and resilience. While cultivating deep presence and awareness, we will begin with stillness and then move through gentle warm ups into a series of āsanas (postures) made accessible to those who are in the room. Class concludes with lightly guided deep relaxation, or meditation if you choose. It is helpful to be able to move up and down off the floor with some ease for this class. Cost: $10. Teacher: Tara.

This all-levels class opens with centering and flows into 30 - 40 minutes of yoga poses designed to support 20 - 30 minutes of guided meditation. No meditation experience required, just a longing to learn. Cost: $10. Teacher: Tara.

This open studio is a time for people to come and connect with their own personal yoga practice. There is no teacher, just an open door. No cost.

Vinyasa is the practice of linking breath to movement.  In this class sequences are thoughtfully designed so that you move from one posture to the next, seamlessly, using the breath.  Each class begins with centering and a warm-up before moving  through a series of sequences that combine dynamic movement and static holds, giving students the opportunity to find appropriate alignment that is safe and comfortable for their body. Cost: $10. Teacher: Danielle.

Pranayama & Meditation

Each class students will be introduced to a pranayama technique and then transition into a lightly guided meditation. These practices may be practiced seated or lying down making this class accessible to most. No cost. Teacher: Danielle.
