Flow, Restore and Yoga Nidra
September 29th from 2 - 4pm

As the leaves begin to turn and the air becomes cool and clear, it is important that we prepare our bodies for the cold months ahead.  Join Danielle for nourishing 2 hour yoga practice that will leave you feeling refreshed, restored, reset and ready for the fall season. Beginning with a  gentle, mandala flow to realign your breath, energize your body and increase mental focus.  Moving into a restorative practice, allowing your body to actively relax, centering breath and body, calming the mind, aiding proper digestion and reducing stress.  Concluding with Yoga Nidra (resting meditation) an opportunity to deeply connect with yourself, explore what you need in the moment and  release long-held emotions.  Each student will also receive an Ayurvedic Fall diet and lifestyle guide, an opportunity to take your practice beyond your mat and into your life.

Cost: $20 when pre-registered by 9/24 - $25 drop-in.

Danielle’s journey with yoga began more than 10 years ago when she was pregnant with her first child.   As the years went on, she realized that yoga was so much more than a series of postures, yoga was a way of life beyond the mat.  As a yoga teacher Danielle hopes to help her students realize that the integration of a yoga practice beyond their mats and into their lives is a path to wholeness.  Danielle received her 200 hour certification from Uplifted Yoga and is currently enrolled in their 300 hour advanced teacher training with Brett Larkin, Kristin Leal and Anodea Judith. She studied with Shai Plonski of the Still Light Centre to earn her certification in Thai Yoga Massage.  Danielle offers group classes, private sessions and workshops.  In addition to teaching yoga, Danielle is a dedicated student  both in her personal practice and under the guidance of her exceptional teachers.
