Vinyasa Yoga - Sundays, December 4th,11th,18th

With Jessica, 3-week series $60 in-studio

A sustained steady flow is a feature here, focusing on the “one breath, one movement” intention of vinyasa yoga. Embracing a curriculum based approach, each class will include repetition and build upon the last to allow the student to progress logically throughout the series. Take this opportunity to challenge yourself or take only what you need in a supportive and uplifting environment of like minded practitioners.

This class is not appropriate for absolute beginners. You should have some familiarity with the basic postures of this style of yoga and be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance. If you have questions or concerns about whether or not this class is appropriate for you, please contact Jessica directly, 603-809-5123 (call or text).

Sign up for this class directly through Jessica's website, Forever Yoga. Only 10 in-studio spots, sign up early to save your spot!

Yin Yoga - Sundays, December 4th,11th,18th

With Jessica, 3-week series $60 in-studio

Yin yoga focuses on stimulating the connective tissues and joints, improving the flow of Chi or Prana through these areas. This is accomplished through passive holding of specific postures for 3-5 minutes, using the breath to ease the body further into the pose. The Yin postures are not difficult to hold for these periods of time and are frequently supported by props to allow you to release and relax. Yin yoga is very meditative and can be a perfect complement to a more Yang or active yoga practice.

A great class for all levels of practitioners! If you have questions or concerns about whether or not this class is appropriate for you, please contact Jessica directly, 603-809-5123 (call or text).

Sign up for this class directly through Jessica's website, Forever Yoga. Only 10 in-studio spots, sign up early to save your spot!

Energy Management And Protection Practice Series For Yoga & Meditation Teachers, Leaders, and Anyone Who Works With Humans In The World

If you work or are in relationship with other humans, your energy mingles with theirs.

This shared energy can offer so much excitement, joy and comfort. While there are many benefits to the personal and professional connections that we have with others, it's important to be aware of how much we are energetically affected by these relationships, not just in the moment, but overall. When we can create boundaries, manage the give and take with awareness, and cleanse and purify our energy fields, it helps us to nurture and preserve these relationships.

Without energetic boundaries and clearing, interpersonal connections can become depleting and draining over time.

Additionally, we live in a time when there is enormous drain on our subtle energetic anatomy. Things like screen time or other electronic stimuli can be enriching and entertaining, but also cause subtle stress. The times we are living in bring light to tension amongst people close to us, as well as the massive crises that we are facing in our global community including climate concerns, the growing gap between rich and poor, hunger, wars, status of women and minorities, and more.

As humans, we are not designed to take in this amount of information and awareness of suffering in the world.

How can we create the internal resiliency to be able to do our good work in our communities and maintain our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health?

There are traditional meditative and ritual practices that, when consistently woven into and throughout our days, can not only mitigate the energetic drains we experience in our modern world, but also give us energy to thrive. Over the course of this session you will learn many practices that will serve you in this aim. Tools and supports that when practiced with consistency and sincerity have the potential to remove emotional blockages and obscurations and create a flow of sustainable energy and appropriate boundaries. We will use mantra, meditation, and guided visualization in this series. We will also work with the Field of Consciousness known as Durga. Mantra and meditation experience is helpful but not necessary.

Spreading out the sessions over time will allow you to cultivate and then firmly establish these practices with encouragement as well as practical and energetic support. This will allow you to fully integrate the tools and transformations and you will have a higher likelihood of continuing their use moving forward.

We will work in community, sharing and supporting one another with intention and purpose. Though there will be recordings of the practices, the power of this series will be grounded in connection and the spiritual body and community that is created in that coming together. It would be ideal if you can commit to participating in real time each session, but this is not ultimately required.
