We are located upstairs at the Bradford Inn, 11 West Main. The Inn is also home to Sweet Beet Market, The Village Cafe, and Circular Blu. Visit us all for a well rounded day of local foods, earth conscious products and wellness practices.
Along with offering a full schedule of classes beginning in May, Evergreen teachers and practitioners have all made a commitment to community outreach. We’re aware that accessing wellness classes and services is out of reach for some of our friends and neighbors. So many have to prioritize paying rent or putting food on the table over their own health. We believe in removing as many barriers to wellness as we can and that wellness is for everyone, regardless of ability to pay. With that in mind, we are creating a way for all members of our community to engage in our Evergreen community. This outreach includes a work exchange program, silent meditation sessions, open studio time and community events. All of which are made accessible at no cost to participants by collective efforts of the Evergreen team and our supportive community.
Work Exchange Program
This program gives an opportunity for community members to attend yoga classes in exchange for working in the studio. If you are interested in participating in this program please contact Leah at 603-748-4330 / 603Leah@gmail.com.
This silent meditation session is open to all levels. This it is not a guided session. Simply come to the studio, find a comfortable seated position and sit in stillness and presence. No shoes, no food, no electronics. Please sign in and be respectful of the space and other attendants. Sundays from 8 - 8:30 am.
Open Studio Time
Open studio is a time for people to come and connect with their own personal yoga practice. There is no teacher, just an open door. No shoes, no food, no electronics. Please sign in and be respectful of the space and other attendants. Thursdays from 2 - 4pm and available by appointment.
Community events will include educational sessions and demonstrations about wellness practices. Join us on May 4th from 10 - 11 am for an informational workshop about ways to de-stress!
