An Evening of Meditation and Deep Relaxation with Tara

Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative practice that offers windows into your inner wisdom. Translated as “yogic sleep” or “divine sleep,” this type of yoga focuses on the systematic relaxation of the body while the mind enters a state of deep, meditative awareness—like dreaming while fully awake. Yoga Nidra has the potential to reduce stress, improve sleep, and help diminish symptoms of anxiety and depression. The yoga Nidra practice will be bookended by brief meditation and time for journaling at the end. Bring a journal and an eye pillow if you have one.
