The Sacred Flow of Shakti with Tara
Begins Sunday January 26th, 10am-1pm, drop-ins welcome
Tap into the boundless energy of Åšakti—the creative, transformative, and sustaining power that underlies all existence. This workshop series invites you to align with the dynamic forces of the universe, exploring how to cultivate inner strength, balance, and clarity while honoring the responsibility that comes with accessing such power. Through traditional practices, mantra, visualization, and mythology, we’ll connect with Shakti’s expressions as Durga, Laká¹£mÄ«, and SarasvatÄ«. Each session also offers ways to work with the elements and create simple yet profound outer offerings to these fields of consciousness. Between workshops, participants are encouraged to engage with the energies introduced, deepening their connection and practice. January - Intro to Shakti & Her Practices, February - Goddess Durga, March - Goddess Laká¹£mÄ«, April - Goddess SarasvatÄ«. Come for one or all! Drop-ins welcome.
