SOUND BATH with Sarah and Brandy
Thursday, August 27th, 6-7pm
Join Sarah and Brandy for this meditative experience where you are laying down as soothing sounds from instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you, promoting deep relaxation. No prior experience is needed.

YOGA with Val
Thursdays 9:30-10:30am, beginning September 3rd
This class focuses on safe mindful movement, functional alignment, gentle strength building and breathwork tailored to each individual. You'll feel grounded, empowered and supported both on and off the mat. Val creates a warm and welcoming space where modifications are always embraced and celebrated. As a 500-hour Kripalu certified instructor, her emphasis is on compassionate self-awareness and listening to your own body - which she demonstrates in each class. Her passion is sharing gentle yoga for the mature body.

YOGA FUNDAMENTALS with Leah
TUESDAYS 9-10am, beginning September 22nd
This is a mixed levels class offering direction for foundational yoga poses. Props and verbal cues are used to guide you into gentle alignment. Breath work will be incorporated as a way to connect more deeply with the physical movement of the practice. Only 10 spaces available for this class - register early! The Fall series runs from Sept 22nd - Nov 24th.

MASSAGE THERAPY with Leah
Massage Therapy with Leah by appointment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and sometimes Fridays, $95/hr. Leah is a yoga teacher, massage therapist, and owner of Evergreen Healing Arts. Raised in Bradford, she appreciates the close-knit community and natural beauty of our town. These connections have given her a sense of well-being that she shares through her practice.
