Restorative & Reiki for Renewal with Meghan & Lisa

Join Meghan and Lisa MacLean of Crescent Moon Wellness & Yoga at Evergreen Healing Arts in Bradford as we prepare for the Summer Solstice. This Restorative Yoga & Reiki session will focus on renewal as the Sun ignites our energy, lights up our passions, and nourishes our souls. For these two hours we will slow down to bring more mindfulness, peace, and renewal to our lives. The practice will be accompanied by readings and gentle music. Please wear comfortable clothes in layers and bring water. We provide all other props you might need.

Meghan was introduced to yoga as a child but found a new appreciation for it in her early twenties. Initially driven by low-back/hip pain to begin regular practice, she found yoga therapeutic and empowering, body and soul, and wanted to share these teachings with others. Meghan grew up in the Kearsarge area and is grateful for the opportunity to share the benefits of yoga with her community.

Lisa is a registered nurse and certified psychiatric and mental health nurse. She is a Reiki Master practitioner and in addition to individual Reiki sessions, she offers Restorative Yoga & Reiki with Meghan. Lisa  also offers Reiki Level I and II trainings. Lisa is grateful to be part of a community that promotes and shares healing arts and wellness.

Thursday, June 15th, 6:30-8:30pm. Sliding Scale $35 / per person.

Yoga Nidra Journeys with Tara

*This series is full. Check out our calendar to see all other offerings.

In this 8-class series, that meets every other week, we will delve into the practice and the state of Yoga Nidra. We will learn about yoga nidra as a practice, how and why it works, as well as experience it. There will be opportunities for discussion, Q&A, and personal sharing. Increasing in popularity in the West, Yoga Nidra is often approached as a deep relaxation practice. It is this, yet to limit it to this only would be a mistake. Yoga Nidra is a sacred and liberatory practice. It has the potential to reveal deep inner wisdom, heal or complete karmas, and provide opportunities for experiences of awakening.

Meets Every other Thursday Evening from 6:15 - 7:45 pm, March 30, April 13 & 27, May 11 & 25, June 8 & 22, July 6. Sliding Scale $85 / 125 / 165 - you choose.

Contact Tara: www.taramahady.com or sign up online.
